3.11 Re-Use/Redevelopment Plan
The re-use or redevelopment of an occupied
or vacant nonconforming
structure or conforming structure on
a nonconforming site shall
not be required to undergo the typical site
plan review procedure. Owners
of such properties may
submit a re-use/redevelopment plan in lieu of a full site or
subdivision
plan (see Section
3.9).
