3.5.2 Applicability
An accessory use permit shall be required prior to approval of any home
occupation, utility dwelling
unit, or accessory dwelling
unit (see Section
5.3). In situations where an accessory dwelling
unit structure was
approved for a parcel as part of a rezoning, site and/or
subdivision
plan, then accessory use permit shall not be required prior to
habitation of the accessory dwelling
unit.
