3.5.3  Procedures

(A)     An application for an accessory use permit shall be filed with the Planning Department.  Within 15 days after the application is determined complete, the Planning Director shall review the application and determine whether to approve, approve with modifications, or deny the application based on compliance with the standards set forth in Section 5.3 of this Ordinance. 

(B)     If the Planning Director denies the application, the applicant shall have 30 days to submit a corrected application without paying a separate application fee.  If a corrected application is not resubmitted within 30 days, the application shall be considered withdrawn and a new application fee shall be required for future re-submittals.
