3.7.2 Filing and Contents of Application
(A) An application for a temporary
use permit may be filed only by the owner of the property,
or by an agent, lessee, or contract purchaser specifically authorized by
the owner to file such application.
(B) An application for a temporary
use permit shall be filed with the Planning Department. Where
appropriate, each application shall be accompanied by a sketch
plan showing the boundaries of the property,
the use of adjacent properties,
the location of the temporary
use or structure on
the property,
and other information sufficient to show that the temporary
use or structure complies
with the standards set forth in Section
5.4 of this Ordinance.
