3.7.3 Filing Deadline
All applications for temporary
use permits shall be filed at least two weeks prior to the date the temporary
use will commence, or at least four weeks prior to the date the temporary
use will commence if public safety support is requested from the Town. The
Planning Director may waive this filing deadline requirement in an
individual case, for good cause shown.
