3.7.6 Temporary Structure Permit Required
No tent, trailer, or other temporary structure governed
by the State Building Code
shall be occupied or used in conjunction with a temporary
use until and unless the applicant has received a tent permit or a building
permit from the Inspections and Permits Department pursuant to the
State Building Code.
