3.8.6 Appeal

Any appeal from the decision of the Town Council on an application for special use shall be to the Superior Court for Wake County (or Chatham County if the subject property is located within that jurisdiction) by petition for a writ of certiorari. Any such petition to the Superior Court shall be filed with the court clerk no later than thirty (30) days after the date of final action, as specified in Section 3.8.2(E)(3), by Town Council on the application.
