3.9.1 Purpose and Structure of This Section
This section sets forth the procedures for review and approval of both subdivisions and
site
plans, which follow similar approval paths. The first
subsection (3.9.2),
sets forth provisions that are common to both subdivision
plans and site
plans. The following subsections (3.9.3,
Subdivisions of
Land, and 3.9.4,
Site
Plans) set forth additional provisions that are unique to the two
types of applications. For simplicity, the word “plan” is used in
this section to refer to either a subdivision or
site
plan.
