4.2.2 Residential and Non-Residential Zoning Districts
The specific purposes of the general use zoning
districts are set forth below, along with any district-specific
provisions that may apply. The allowed uses and use
specific-standards for each of the districts are set forth in Chapter
5. All uses shall comply with the general dimensional standards
set forth in Chapter
6. In cases where the Cluster
development option is utilized, the minimum lot size
listed for a district may be reduced to 6,000 square feet per lot,
but the maximum density figure must be maintained (see Section
8.3).
