4.2.3 PDD: Planned Development Districts
This section sets forth regulations for the two planned
development district (PDD) zoning
districts. All PDD zoning
districts shall be established either as initial zoning at the time
of annexation, or through a rezoning pursuant to the procedures and
criteria for rezoning to PDD set forth in Section
3.4.3. PDDs are base zoning
districts under this Ordinance (rather than overlay
districts, which they were under the previous Unified Development Ordinance).
