4.3.1 Purpose and Intent
Conditional use district zoning provides an option by which an applicant
for a rezoning may be held to certain promises relating to the type of development that
occurs on his or her property. This
section sets forth the types of conditional use districts and explains
their relationship to the general use districts. The procedure for
approving a conditional use district rezoning is set forth in Section
3.4.2.
