5.3.1 Purpose
This section authorizes the establishment of accessory
uses that are incidental and customarily subordinate to principal
uses. The Town’s
intent in adopting this Section is to allow a broad range of accessory
uses, so long as such uses are located on the same site as
the principal use, and so long as they comply with the performance
criteria set forth in this section in order to reduce potentially adverse
impacts on surrounding properties.
