5.4.1 Purpose
This section allows for the establishment of certain temporary
uses of limited duration, provided that such uses do not negatively
affect adjacent properties or
Town facilities,
and provided that such uses are discontinued upon the expiration of a set
time period. Temporary
uses do not involve the construction or
alteration or any permanent building or
structure.
