5.4.4 Temporary Use Permits
All temporary
uses and structures that
are required to obtain a temporary
use permit by Table
5.4-1 shall obtain such permit pursuant to the procedures set forth
in Section 3.7 of
this Ordinance. A temporary
use permit shall be reviewed, approved, or revoked only in accordance
with the regulations of Section
3.7 of this Ordinance. Temporary
uses must meet the requirements of the North Carolina State Building Code.
