6.3.3  Clear Sight Triangles

A clear sight triangle is an area of unobstructed vision at the intersection of two or more vehicular use areas where drivers can view oncoming traffic from either direction.  All development shall maintain clear sight triangles at all street and driveway intersections in accordance with the current regulations of the North Carolina Department of Transportation and the Town's Standard Specifications and Details Manual.
