7.11.17 Other Financing Methods
The Town may
finance road improvements through
the issuance of bonds, through the formation of assessment districts, or
through any other authorized mechanism, in such manner and subject to
such limitations as may be provided by law, in addition to the use of
transportation development fees.
Except as otherwise provided herein, the collection of a transportation development fee
shall be additional and supplemental to, and not in substitution of, any
other tax, fee, charge, or assessment which is imposed on and due against
the property under
the authority granted by the State of North Carolina.
