7.11.21 Hearings
(A) All hearings relating to transportation development fees
shall be governed by the procedure of this section.
(B) The date of the hearing may be set by
the Town Manager
or his or her designee without prior action by Council.
(C) The hearing shall not take place without
prior notice, given in the following manner:
(1) Notice shall be published at least
ten days prior to the hearing date, in the same manner as legal notices
are published for the Town;
(2) Notice shall be mailed at least
ten days prior to the hearing date, by the Town Manager,
to all persons listed
on a mailing list containing the names of persons interested
in transportation development fees.
