7.11.5 Condition of Approval
No building
permit shall be issued for construction within
the Town’s
jurisdiction unless and until such fee has been paid in full. No
certificate of compliance under the North Carolina State Building Code
shall be issued for new
construction within the jurisdiction of this Ordinance unless and
until the transportation development fee
herein established has been paid in full.
