7.4.2 Permit and Approval Requirements
Land-disturbing
activities shall be subject to the requirements and procedures set
forth in Section
3.13 of this Ordinance for obtaining grading permits and the approval
of erosion control
plans and required permits by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or other
federal or state agencies responsible for regulating development in
wetlands. Any
required state and/or federal permits must be obtained prior to the
issuance of a grading permit.
