7.7.2 Applicability
All projects requiring submission of a site and/or
subdivision
plan under Section
3.9 of this Ordinance shall comply with the requirements of this
Section. Such projects also must comply with the Town’s
Community
Appearance Manual, Design Guidelines Manual, and/or Downtown Design
Guidelines, which provide examples and illustrations of concepts
discussed in this Section.
