(A) Overview of Requirements
The following dedications and improvements shall be installed prior to the approval of the final plat for a subdivision, in accordance with the requirements and standards of this section:

(B) Restrictions on Certificate of Occupancy
In addition to the requirements of Section 8.1.7, a Certificate of Occupancy shall not be issued, and a building or structure shall not be occupied, until and unless all dedications and improvements required by this section have been installed in a satisfactory manner and approved by the Town.
