9.6.2 Residential Signs
(A) Home
Occupation Sign
Home
occupation signs are
allowed within the Town Center,
provided that:
(1) Such signs are
limited to a maximum of one sign per
dwelling
unit.
(2) Such signs shall
not exceed a maximum of two square feet total sign area
and shall not project more than three inches from the exterior
wall of the building or
fence.
(3) Home
occupation signs shall
not be separately illuminated.
