9.6.5 Temporary Events in Town Center
Temporary events in Town Center shall
be governed as follows:
(1) Temporary
Use permits may be issued for a period of up to seven (7) days per
calendar year for any business in Town Center,
both businesses in centers and free-standing buildings. The
regulations in Section
5.4 of this Ordinance shall apply,
with regard to location, signage, submission requirements, approval
criteria and other requirements.
(2) In
conjunction with an event governed by a Temporary
Use permit, a sandwich
board sign may
be used in lieu of the banner permitted. Sandwich
board signs are
governed by Section
9.6.4(C)of this section.
