BUFFER, PERIMETER
A unit of land and any plants and structures (i.e.,
walls, fences)
thereon which is used to separate land uses from each other as required
by this Ordinance, including but not limited to the Type A Opaque, Type B
Semi-Opaque, and Type C Aesthetic described in Section
7.2.3. These buffers are typically undisturbed
buffers; however, they may be supplemented to meet the performance
objectives of each buffer type.
