FARM, BONA FIDE
A parcel of land used for the production and activities relating or
incidental to the production of crops, fruits, vegetables, ornamental and
flowering plants, dairy, livestock, poultry, and all other forms of agricultural
products having a domestic or foreign market. A bona
fide farm shall include any buildings and
structures that
are customarily and necessarily incidental to such activities and the
retail sale of products grown or raised on the premises.
